Here we go. An age where deep corporate pockets can bend public opinion to elect those individuals to office. All so that corporate pockets can get deeper. Helping fuel their public opinion control. This could turn to be a very tiring, and scary cycle.

An age where corporations hold the same rights as individuals. Next up robots….

Agreed! Old article but dear God I hope someone told each competitor “May the Force be with you.” before they started their run. Also, who thought high wire walking would make enough of a comeback in 2007 that a competition would be held, WITH 9 CONTESTANTS! Nuts.

I call this project RECYCLE-A-CYCLE! A Vespa rocking horse. Can I get one in red with some sort of haste? Or do I have to cannibalize one myself? Which would be more green but not nearly as nice as getting one for a reasonable price. World, BEND TO MY WILL!

Holiday flight to ice...

So we came to Florida to see some nice weather and get away from the cold. Have been here 5 days, all of them cold but the last. Since it was still better weather then home, we have decided to flee the nice weather for a blizzard. So here we come ice and snow. Let’s party.

Inspired by Wordpress’ seriously clever use of Loren Brichter’s new Tweetie options, we’re launching our own Tweetie and Twitterrific compatible API. This Twitter-like API should make it easy for a lot of existing Twitter clients to start supporting Tumblr.

The really cool thing - because our following models follow a lot of the same principles, we’ve been able to take advantage of a ton of native features:

Retweeting = Reblogging

Replying = Reblogging w/ commentary

Favoriting = Liking

To try out Tumblr in Tweetie 2, tap “Accounts” → “+” → enter your username and password → tap the gear icon → enter “http://tumblr.com/” in both fields.
